Pajamas

Parker no longer wears "j's." He just decided one day, that he was a big boy and would start sleeping in his "drawers." Every time I fold clothes I start to separate the boys pajamas, then I realize they are all Harrison's. I must admit, it's nice not having to fold 2 sets of pajamas!

Disney Day 5!

Day 5 at Disney, we went to MAGIC KINGDOM!  I think we were all most excited about Magic Kingdom.  We saved the best for last :)

On the bus, headed for Magic Kingdom!

The bus we rode in to Magic Kingdom was like a charter bus.  Parker LOVED it.  He also loved our bus driver George.  He was very upset when George did not pick us up from Magic Kingdom.

We made it!!!

Walking into Magic Kingdom.

Britt was whistling :)

Harry was in such a funny mood when we first got there.  I think he was just hot!

We stopped to watch these people perform

First "ride"

I think this was called the Mad Hatter ride

Sweet boy.  He was so excited.
Parker and I rode on the race car ride.  He got to "drive".  He was very good at steering, so we kept running into the track, and it would jerk the steering wheel.  Parker thought i was doing it and kept telling me to stop.  It was pretty funny.

Driving!

DUMBO!

We rode Dumbo twice.  The first time we went straight through to the ride.  The second time we stopped at the indoor play area to play for a few minutes and cool off.

After Dumbo, Parker, Mrs. Karen, and I rode a little roller coaster.  Parker was pretty excited.  He did great while we were on the ride.  He never cried or anything, but he was not too happy when it was over.  It was a pretty rough ride.  I think it scared him a little bit.

Part of the roller coaster.

It's a Small World

I don't remember what the name of this ride was.  It looks like a roller coaster, but it goes slow and there are no hills.

Love those baby blues

He was so hot and tired :)

Baby feet :)

The train was one of Parker's favorite things to do.

Swiss Family Robinson Tree House

That's it for pictures!  We were so hot and tired by the end of the day.  No one felt like taking a picture. For memories sake, we ate lunch at the restaurant the overlooked the small world ride.  We got there just in time.  We didn't have to wait to order and we were able to sit by the window and watch the ride. Over all, we didn't wait in many lines.  We got fast passes for the buzz lightyear ride and Space mountain.  Britt and I road the Pirate's of the Caribbean ride.  It would have been to scary for the boys.  We also rode the magic carpet ride.  It broke right before we got on, but the got it fixed and we rode it anyway!  Mrs. Karen and I rode Space Mountain.  We were walking back to the boys and someone gave us there fast passes.  Mr. John and Britt refused to go, so Mrs. Karen and I rode again!  We were so tired by the time we got back to the hotel we ordered in and watched the Olypmics.  A perfect end to a fun day!

The next day we packed up and headed north.  We drove down 30-A on our way in to Destin so Britt and I could see where we would be staying for our anniversary trip.  The plan was to spend the next morning at the beach and then head home.  Well, it was raining when we pulled into Destin and raining when we woke up the next morning.  We did get to eat at Joe's Crab Shack.  The boys had a blast there!

Whew.  I didn't think I would ever finish the Disney trip update!  Now onto Harry's 18 month update... It's only 1 month late :)

Disney World Day 4!

Whew.  I am so behind on blogging it is stressing me out.  My goal is to be caught up by the end of the week!  Here is Disney day 4!

Day 4 was pretty low key.  We went to Blizzard Beach.  We missed the bus, so we had to drive.   It ended up being a good thing because we could leave when we were ready.  Much earlier than if we had had to wait for the bus.

We headed to the kiddie area.  There were several little water slides, which Parker loved!  The only bad thing was 2 of the slides the kids had to go down by themselves.  He did one of them, but refused to go down the one where you had to go down in a tube.  Parker had gone down a few times when the lifeguard at the top told me, "The little one can go down too."  Excuse me??? I can put my one year old baby on a water slide?  By himself?  OK!  Yes, I put my helpless little baby on a water slide.  Needless to say, he hated it. He ended up going down on his back, so he got water in his face when he got to the bottom.  Oh well.  It was worth a try... I guess.  There was one slide that big kids parents could go on.  Parker and Harrison liked that slide.

After sliding for a bit, we decided to float around the lazy river.  Britt took Harrison on a tube and I took Park.  They both did really well.  The river went around the edge of the entire water park, so it took a while to finish.  We only got separated a few times :)

We went to the wave pool for a bit.  They both loved it.  There were 2 KIDS seriously making out.  I mean like PG-13 bordering on R rated making out.  They could not have been older than 14.  It was so disturbing and not what I wanted my 3 year old to see.  Anyway, after the wave pool, we decided to pack up and head back to the hotel.

Parker LOVED the hotel swimming pool so after we got back from the water park, we headed to the pool. :)  After swimming for a while, we got cleaned up and headed to dinner at Fudrucker's.  It was really good and reasonably priced!  I think for our family of 4 we ate for around $25!  After dinner, Britt's parents stayed with the boys so we could have a date night.  We just walked around Downtown Disney, but it was nice to get out by ourselves!

Here are the pictures from day 4 :

Evening Walk

I love going for walks with my family. Our sweet Abbie girl has not been her normal self, so we thought a walk might cheer her up.
