Parker is FOUR!

Parker is now closing in on 4 1/2!  I just haven't had the motivation to blog.  I know I will regret down the road, so I am going to TRY and get caught up!

My sweet boy is four.  This year, I didn't feel as much sadness as I have during the past 3 birthdays.  I am usually so sad to see my baby another year older.  This year, I was just so proud of him.  He is the smartest, funniest, sweetest four year old I know!  I am so thankful to have him in our family.  He has been such a blessing.  We definitely have our days, but who doesn't???

Parker, you started 3k this year.  You love it!  Your favorite day is play day.  You get to eat lunch at school and "Play in the dirt."  You usually come filthy, and it makes me laugh.  You love to play.  School work, not so much.  You once told me that you couldn't finish your lunch because you were running out of time to play.  :)  Food is definitely not a priority in your life.  You are still SUPER picky.  You eat poptarts for breakfast everyday unless we are out. If we are out, you will eat oatmeal, or occasionally, eggs.  You love butter.  If I would let you, you would eat it with a spoon.  I have cought you sneaking some country crock on several occasions. ;)  You stopped drinking milk at some point this year.  Not sure what that was about...

You are picky in pretty much every aspect of your life.  You still HATE wearing anything with buttons.  You throw a fit almost every Sunday.  It's not fun, but I will not give in! :)

Your love for diesel trucks is still going strong.  Peterbilts are still your favorite.  You had a very specific Christmas list this year.  A Peterbilt  with a forklift, a John Deere tractor with a hay baler, a John Deere tractor with a wagon, Chevrolet truck with a trailer and a gator, and a new Walmart truck.  Like I said, very specific. :)

You say the FUNNIEST things.  I am hoping to write them all down one day.  There are so many, it will probably take a full day!  You definitely keep us laughing.

You love your brother.  You try to make him do whatever you want him to,  but he is starting to get a mind of his own.  You are teaching him everything you know about diesel trucks.  Occasionally y'all play together.  To listen and watch the two of you play together just melts my heart.
