Snow Day 2014

We woke up to snow this morning!  The boys were so excited!  A snow day, however, does not mean a good day.
Being stuck inside most of the day usually means staying in your pj's and watching movies all day.  Unfortunately, in the midst of the potty training maddness, I told Harry he couldn't watch tv until he pooped in the potty.  Punishing your child is usually a punishment for you too.

Just a few things to happen today include, Harrison dumping olive oil all over the counter, dumping out the entire bottle of Caroline's Zantac, spraying water all over the kitchen with the sink sprayer, and getting stuck in the bed while in time out.  Mix that in with a fussy baby... Aaaaaahhh... Good times in the Thomas household. :)

Thankfully, Britt came home around lunch and things got better.  We played outside in the snow 4-5 times.  Usually no longer than 5-10 minutes though!
When it snows in Mississippi, you just double up on your Christmas pj's to stay warm! :)  I bought Harry a big coat yesterday...

It was so fun looking out the window and seeing flurries falling.  So pretty.  The boys would go outside, get cold and come back in, see snow falling, and head back out again.
We headed back out when Britt got home.  We attempted a snowball fight!  The snow was so powdery it was hard to form a ball.  We still had fun though!

This boy loves a good snowball fight!

No matter how many messes he makes, he will always be my sweet baby :)

Oh I love these boys!!!

Happy Happy Snow Day!
