Disney World Day 3!

Animal Kingdom was our first stop!  We headed straight for the safari ride.  Parker LOVED it. If you can't tell from the pictures below :)

Hippos!

I didn't take many pictures on the safari because the animals were too far away for a decent picture.  I was thankful the giraffe's were close to the road.  I was able to get a decent shot.

Taking it all in.

Harrison and Britt.

Sweet boy was tired already!

Big boy.

He was supposed to put his arm in the hole and guess what was in there by touch.  I don't blame him for peeking ;)

This guy told them all about each item that was in the hole.

Rest time

Picture with Mickey was a success!

Donald duck. Check!

He was only able to get his picture made with Dale.  Chip had just gone inside for a break.  Not that he knew who they were anyway...

Parker was sitting on my leg in this picture.  Both my legs were shaking :)

Sweet baby taking a nap... Again.
Britt had what we thought was a migraine, so he left around lunch time.  Turned out he was dehydrated with just a really bad headache.  Thankful Farm Bureau had a Doctor on staff.

After Britt left, Mrs. Karen and I took Parker to the Nemo show.  Mr. John stayed outside in the heat with Harry because he was sleeping(of course).  We found one ride that Parker could do and then headed back to the hotel.

That night we headed to the big dinner Farm Bureau held for everyone that was there.  This thing was huge.  They had face painting, ballon makers, and caricatures.  Of course, all Parker would do was the balloon thing.  After dinner, we tried to get some pics by the pool.  I really hate Britt had to miss.

The pictures below are from my iphone.  They are a little mixed up, but I wanted to post them for memory's sake :)

We went swimming right after we got back from Animal Kingdom.  Parker was falling flat on his belly in this pic.
The entrance to the dinner.
This is after it was over.  I forgot to take a pic of the whole room.

Day 3 was a blast!  On to day 4.  Blizzard Beach!

Disney World Day 2

Whew. I didn't know if I would ever find time to finish writing about our Disney World trip!  We have been crazy busy!

Day 2, we woke up bright and early at 6:30am.  The only reason I still remember what time we woke up is because, sweet little Harry baby woke up at 6:30am EVERY morning while we were gone.  Anyway,  Britt, the boys, and I headed down for breakfast.  Parker ate his usual(nothing. Unless it's a poptart) and Harrison ate eggs and cereal.  He's a scrawny little thing, but he does eat!

Getting ready to head to Disney World!

Both boys loved riding on the cart.

Harry had to have a snack before we left.

Pictures did not go so well.

Our district had these t shirts made.  They are really cute, but I was not a fan of wearing them at the same time :)

Kk and Jojo
After breakfast, we packed up and headed to Wal-Mart to pick up a few things.  I spotted Nutella to-go and grabbed 4.  Mind you, I had been searching high and low for those puppies.  I wish I had bought more ;)  Anyway, I finished up at Wal-Mart and we pointed the car towards DISNEY WORLD!  To pass time, we Parker and Britt started naming all of the 18 wheeler we passed.  I kept a tally.  Freightliner blew all the others out of the water. We saw over 60 in about 15 minutes!

We stayed at the Hilton which is right across from Downtown Disney.  I never really got a good picture of the outside.  I really liked the location.  We could walk to Downtown Disney, which we decided to do later on.

We couldn't check-in when we got there, so we took the boys to the arcade while we waited.  They LOVED the arcade.  All the games were set to free play, so they could play whatever they wanted, as much as they wanted.

KK even played a game!

Loving it

Once we finally got checked in, we put our stuff up and walked over to Downtown Disney for dinner.

We ate at Rainforest Cafe.  Parker wasn't to sure about it when the lights went down and the "thunder storm" came.  He refused to turn around for the picture.  Pick your battles :)

After dinner, we finished walking to the end of Downtown Disney and took the ferry back to the front. Parker LOVED this.  It was nice not to ride back to the front instead of walk.  ;)

We found Buzz at DD!

Harrison slept most of the time we were at DD.

On the ferry!

Harry missed his first ferry ride :)

Sweet boy having so much fun!

Mickey Mouse Mohawk :)

Sunset cruise

I feel like I am getting so behind on the blog.  Hope to catch up soon.  The rest of our trip will be nest and then on to Harry at 18 months and Parker turns 4!

Disney World Trip Day 1

Whew. It has been a LONG day! Britt and I woke up at 4:00am and we were on our way by 5:30! We stopped in Hattiesburg to drop Abbie off. Gram gave the boys a travel pack. Thanks for the clappers gram...

We stopped at a rest stop outside of Pensacola to stretch our legs. Highlight of the stop was when a Peterbilt pulled away and honked his horn for Parker. He was seriously beside himself!

We stopped at a gas station and one more rest stop before we made it to our hotel in Lake City around 4 o'clock. Overall not a bad day! The boys did pretty good. Between the toys, movies, and electronic games they stayed pretty entertained. :)

The boys were wild when we got to the hotel. We were hoping to swim and get done energy out, but it rained when we got here. We unloaded and went to eat at steak and shake. Parker was very worried someone was going to go to our hotel room and take our stuff. We had to convince him we were the only ones with a key. 😄

As we were walking back into the hotel after dinner, Harrison waved to everyone and said hey. It was so funny. He is not shy or afraid of anything!

Now we are in my in-laws room next door to ours, waiting for harry to go to sleep. We are all beat, but ready to head to Disney tomorrow! Hopefully we will have nice weather!

Parkerism

Parker: dang!
Me: Parker, don't say dang. It's not nice.
Parker: You say it.
Me: I know. Mommy doesn't need to say that.
Parker: Well, if you say it, then somebody else is going to say it and that's not nice.

Oh my. What am I going to do with this boy???

15 Months

Harrison is 15 months!  Well, almost 16 now :)  We have been crazy busy.  I keep wondering if life is ever going to slow down!

Harrison,  at 15 months, you weighed 22lbs(26%), you were about 33 inches tall(95%), and your head circumference was in the 46th percentile.  You are tall and thin.  You eat and eat and eat.  You are a much better eater than your brother.  You would never know it though.  In my opinion, you are thin for several reasons.  You NEVER stop moving!  If you are awake, you are walking/running/falling somewhere.  You are also very independent and stubborn.  You INSIST on feeding yourself.  Therefore, only about half of the food I give you makes it to your mouth.  You gotta learn somehow right? :)  Here is an example of you feeding yourself...

Like I said earlier, you are a very active little boy.  You are either eating, sleeping, or moving.  You are into everything!  You especially love the plunger, toilet brushes and cleaning brushes.  No matter how many time I put them away or shut the bathroom door, you somehow manage to find them!  You still think your "Bubba" is the bees knees :)  Although, y'all seem to fight more than you get along.  You like to take your brother's toys and vice versa.  You also love to play outside.

I took you and Parker swimming a few weekends ago, and you HATED it!  You screamed the whole time you were in the water.  I chased you around the whole time scared you were going to fall in the water!  You did like to sit by the ladder and put your feet in.  That also cause me to have frequent panic attacks.  I think we will stick to the splash pad and kiddie pool for now!

You are talking more and more.  I probably can't remember everything you can say, but here are the words that I do remember.  Mama, daddy, bubba, ball, juice, outside, NO, hey, and bye bye.  I am sure there are a few more.  You try to say princess(aunt re's dog) and abbie.

You have a major temper!  If you don't get what you want, you throw a FIT!  You love to say the word NO.  I don't know how you can be so bad and so cute at the same time.  Sometimes it is vary hard for me to get on to you.  You definitely know what you are doing too!

At 15 months, you are keeping me very busy!  I love watching you grow and learn new things.  You are growing up so fast!  I am so thankful to be your mommy :)
